We appreciate if our enterprise clients, partners, and vendors want to reference their relationship with us. These Mark Usage Terms clarify how our users may mention Duna in their materials while protecting our brand integrity.

What we're covering
When we refer to "Marks," we mean any of our names, logos, design elements, or other identifiers (whether registered or unregistered) used to distinguish our compliance platform:

Other distinctive design elements we use
These examples aren't exhaustive. All our Marks are valuable assets, and we retain sole ownership of them.
Your permission to use our marks
The permission we grant you is:

Non-exclusive (we may grant similar permissions to others)
Non-transferable (you cannot assign this permission)
Revocable at our discretion with reasonable notice

What you can do
Reference our services accurately:
Use "Duna" in text to truthfully describe your use of our compliance platform
Mention that you're "powered by Duna" in contexts directly related to business onboarding or compliance workflows
Professional contexts:
Include Duna in case studies, whitepapers, or presentations that accurately describe our services
Reference Duna in RFP responses where relevant to compliance capabilities
Partnership references:
Mention your integration with or use of Duna's platform in appropriate business contexts
What you can't do
Don't modify our Marks:
Use our word mark exactly as written—no abbreviations, plurals, or possessives
Don't translate, shorten, or alter any of our Marks
Don't misrepresent our relationship:
Don't imply endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership beyond your actual relationship with us
Don't suggest that Duna recommends your services unless we've explicitly done so
Don't use our Marks prominently:
Our Marks should never be more prominent than your own company identifiers
Don't use our logo as a primary design element in your materials
Don't create confusion:
Don't incorporate our Marks into your company name, domain, or trademarks
Don't use our Marks in ways unrelated to compliance, business onboarding, or our actual services
Don't use our Marks commercially:
Don't use our Marks on merchandise, promotional items, or marketing materials
Don't create new marks by combining ours with other elements
Style guidelines
When using our word mark:
Use standard capitalization: "Duna" (not "DUNA" or "duna")
Maintain appropriate spacing around our Marks
Ensure our Marks appear professional and consistent with enterprise standards
Compliance and review
Since most of our clients are regulated enterprises, we understand the importance of proper trademark usage in compliance documentation. We reserve the right to review your use of our Marks and request changes to ensure consistency with these terms.
These terms may be updated periodically. We'll provide reasonable notice of material changes, and you agree to update your usage accordingly.
